FunderSky, LLC d/b/a Scalovus is responsible for the personal information described in this Policy.
Information we collect
We collect account and profile information, authentication identifiers, subscription and payment-provider references, service configuration and operational records, device and usage data, security events, and communications. We do not intentionally store full payment-card numbers or card security codes.
How we use information
We use information to provide and secure Scalovus, authenticate users, administer billing and licensing, support customers, monitor reliability, prevent misuse, comply with law, resolve disputes, and improve the service.

These periods are operating targets. We may retain a record longer when reasonably required for security, litigation hold, tax, accounting, regulatory, fraud-prevention or other legal obligations, and may delete or de-identify it earlier when no longer needed.
Service providers
Necessary information may be processed by identity, hosting, infrastructure, email, customer-relationship, support, fraud-prevention, and payment providers acting for us. Payment providers apply their own privacy notices. We limit disclosures to the purpose reasonably required.
No sale
We do not sell personal information for money or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising unless clearly disclosed and legally permitted.
Security
Safeguards include access boundaries, encrypted protected secrets, monitoring, backup, and audit controls, but no system is absolutely secure. See Security at Scalovus.
International processing
Information may be processed in the United States and locations used by our providers, subject to legally required transfer protections.
Your rights
Depending on location, you may request access, correction, deletion, portability, restriction, or objection. We may verify identity and retain records when legally required or needed for security and disputes.
Cookies and device storage
Scalovus currently uses only cookies or local storage necessary for authentication, security, session continuity, preferences, form protection and reliable operation. The public site stores scalovus_cookie_consent_v1 in your browser to remember your privacy choice until you clear site data. We do not currently activate advertising cookies or cross-site behavioral tracking. If optional analytics or advertising technologies are introduced, they will remain off where consent is required until you choose to enable them. You may reopen Cookie settings from the footer.
Children
Scalovus is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 18.
