Initial supported billing countries
Scalovus intends to accept eligible adult customers with a billing address in the following countries after the applicable payment provider approves that country:

Listing a country does not guarantee acceptance, payment authorization, MT5 compatibility, or permission from a broker or prop firm. Scalovus may apply a narrower launch list required by its acquiring bank or payment provider.
Excluded locations and persons
Scalovus is not offered in a country, territory, or region subject to comprehensive United States trade restrictions, or to any person or entity appearing on an applicable government restricted-party list. Service is also excluded where sale or use would violate local law, export controls, payment-network rules, or a binding broker or prop-firm restriction.
Because sanctions and restricted-party designations change, the controlling exclusion is the law and official restriction in effect at the time of access or transaction—not a static country name on this page. Transactions may be screened, declined, suspended, or canceled when required.
Customer responsibility
You must be legally permitted to purchase and use trading-support software, be authorized to operate every connected account, and comply with all broker, prop-firm, employer, client, tax, export and local-law requirements. VPNs, false addresses, nominees, or other methods may not be used to evade restrictions.
