Permitted use
Use Scalovus only for lawful activity and accounts you own or are expressly authorized to operate. Follow all broker, prop-firm, client, platform, and regulatory requirements.
Prohibited conduct
- Unauthorized account access or control.
- Credential theft, sharing, resale, phishing, or impersonation.
- Fraud, money laundering, sanctions evasion, manipulation, or deception.
- Misrepresenting Scalovus as a broker, adviser, guarantee, or approved investment.
- Bypassing plan limits, licensing, authentication, security, or audit controls.
- Reverse engineering, scraping, vulnerability exploitation, malware, or service interference.
- Reselling or sublicensing without written authorization.
Professional operators
Prop firms, advisers, managers, and operators acting for others must obtain required contracts, permissions, registrations, disclosures, and consents. Scalovus access is not regulatory approval.
Enforcement and reporting
We may investigate misuse and restrict access to protect customers, third parties, or the service. Report abuse or security concerns to support@scalovus.com.
